“Creating environments for people to share an experience together, ones that make an indelible mark on their memories, is my absolute joy.

There is truly nothing more precious than time well-spent.”

With over a decade of professional experience in event planning, Alexandra brings unparalleled experiential designs to life nationwide with her company, Tarleton Events. Her distinctive & exemplary style and grace, attention to detail, and indomitable energy make her a perennial favorite amongst her clients, as many return year after year.

Gracious hospitality has been second-nature to Alexandra since the beginning. Her love of event planning began long before she embarked in it professionally, and can be traced to taking the reins in planning her birthday parties as a child, to then crafting fun, and inventive theme parties for friends as a young adult, enjoying each opportunity to be as creative as possible, and giving herself and her friends the chance to do something unique.

Alexandra’s early experience was within the world of professional sporting events with the National Hockey League and the United States Tennis Association. Afterwards, she took her knowledge of what it takes to produce world-class large-scale sporting events, to coordinating fundraising events for several venerable philanthropic foundations in Washington, DC, then later, for the Aspen Art Museum. Alexandra then became a Lead Planner with Bluebird Productions, widely recognized as one of the top worldwide luxury event planning firms by BRIDES, Martha Stewart, Over the Moon, and Vogue. Additionally, Alexandra was a contributor to Bluebird’s sister company, Partytrick, conceptualizing and writing parties that empower the everyday host, ranging in theme and encapsulating everything from “High Tea” to a “Classic Tailgate.”

She formed Tarleton as a result of craving the limitless bounds for creativity with social and corporate events, which now are a permanent fixture in her repertoire. Her distinctive, understated style and grace, passion for entertaining, trademark attention to detail, and indomitable energy make her a perennial favorite amongst her clients, as many return year after year.

Alexandra genuinely values personal connections, and it is this passion that drives her to craft highly bespoke occasions. She learned early in her career that people may forget other substantive details of an event, but they will never forget how you make them feel, and Alexandra believes that opportunity to be an absolute privilege. No event is ever the same, because no client or guest is - or is treated as - the same. Each environment is highly-curated to become a unique atmosphere for guests to experience and revel in.

Educated at The Hun School of Princeton, Rutgers University School of Arts and Sciences, The George Washington University School of Business and Harvard University School of Extension Studies, Alexandra has a deep commitment to being a lifelong learner.

Alexandra’s identity is steeped in being an avid sports fan and outdoor enthusiast, as well as a passionate gourmet. Her most recent project has been blending her appreciation of cooking and entertaining, with her lifelong love of sport, in writing a book entitled Ahead of the Game”. It features historical anecdotes and recipes focused on hosting fellow fans at home for various sports, throughout the seasons.

She splits her time between her beloved mountain haven of Aspen, Colorado, and historic hometown of Princeton, New Jersey, relishing time with her family and friends.
